Did you say candy!?

Let's celebrate another gorgeous Class of 2022 Senior! Introducing Miss Nevada who attends Southwestern High School and her sweet and sassy senior portrait experience. It's a small world when I get a call from a mom to talk about senior portraits and it just so happens that a few days prior I had unknowingly met her beautiful daughter at the Kandy Kitchen in Galena. That's right, Miss Nevada is the happy helper of all things candy and, OF COURSE,  we needed to ensure a stop at the Kandy Kitchen for a portion of her session. 

To start Nevada's experience we took over the candy shop. It was so sweet.. get it... okay sorry. From here we traveled around Galena to take in the beautiful textures, architecture, and old world charm Galena has to offer. I loved Miss Nevada in the studios drama red dress and boho hat. It was a perfect fit. We went from girl next door to a little bit of sass. Nevada has seen some of the bubble portraits I've done at the studio and absolutely wanted to incorporate them into her session. Perfect outfit for a "bubbly" start of the second half of our session. We caught the sunset just right off the bridge before heading to the water. It was a simply perfect end to our evening together. 

Nevada also wanted to add on an xtreme sports portrait experience in studio. Capturing her love for softball and fitness, I love a girl that's willing to have fun in the studio and commit to the experience. She brought all the intensity needed for some fantastic portraits.
