Miss Verity, part of my amazing Candid Crew, was an absolute joy to work with this year. Verity always brought a smile and a bubbly attitude. It didn't matter if we were fighting the bugs, heat, or an angry bull; this young lady was bound and determined to have a good time. I love that! You may have remembered seeing Miss Verity in many of the stylized sessions the Senior Rep team has taken part of this year. She was the academic for her This Is Me session, wore a stunning green parachute dress, and portrayed the Acrobat for our circus session.
For Miss Verity, we traveled around the historic Millwork District in Dubuque to capture some edgier portraits with her beautiful prom dress. She was a prom princess this year so, if the crown fits, wear it! We then headed for the country side where we ran into a little bit of a problem. A not so friendly bull had different ideas for how we were to spend our evening. Trying multiple times, he just wasn't going to let us get to our specified location. Not to worry we emprovised with an amazing field and another small creek. Verity is very much a Daddy's girl but don't let that sweet face fool you. She has been trudging the woods and hunting since she was very young. We absolutely had to capture a few hunting portraits for Dad!
I want to thank Miss Verity and her parents for trusting me with her Senior Portrait Experience and for traveling so far and so often to take part in these crazy sessions. I love when clients become friends and I have absolutely enjoyed getting to know you and your family. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. I know with that smile, smarts, and attitude you will do great things! Enjoy!
