I'd like to introduce you to Miss Lauryn, a class of 2024 senior from Richland Center High School. Lauryn and her mom have been chatting with me and designing her session since the beginning of the year. I was so excited to share all the AMAZING PORTRAITS we captured during our time together.
Lauryn wanted something "different". Well my dear, you came to the right place! We turned up the volume with our wardrobe choices. Miss Lauryn was so fun to help style and I loved her easy going personality. During her design consultation we decided to go a little bit urban with a touch of country and add on a super edgy night session. Lauryn browsed my style closet and together we created some truly memorable looks.
For our first evening together we tackled her night shoot, complete with a GORGEOUS prom dress. We started with the ever so popular bridge location and watched as the sun set just on top of the water. I loved the jacket mixed with the leather dress. I always say that the "eyes have it". They truly are the window to the soul and Lauryn's eyes were stunning during golden hour.
Just at sunset we headed to downtown Dubuque to the Historic Millwork District. The moon was on the rise, the light was fierce and her dress was to die for. We ended our evening under the beautiful marquee lights of the Julian Dubuque Hotel. What a way to start our time together!
For Lauryn's "regular" shoot we traveled around the Historic Millwork District once again grabbing some great urban shots. We traveled over to the clock tower area where she wore the best polka dot two piece set. She absolutely rocked all her poses and locations. To end our final evening together we headed for the water and the country. This city girl wasn't afraid to get a little wet and it sure did pay off. Gorgeous light and a beautiful girl.
I want to thank Lauryn and her family for choosing me to capture her senior portrait experience. I wish you nothing but the best in your future. Enjoy!
