I'd like to introduce you to Miss Faith, a class of 2023 senior from Belmont High School. We continue to celebrate these amazing seniors with another senior portrait experience.
Anyone that knows Faith for just a few minutes knows she is sweet, quiet, and has quite an old soul. When I met Miss Faith and her mom we discussed so many different ideas, passions, and locations for her senior portraits. Faith is into archery, percussion, volleyball and wanted something with trains to celebrate her Papa's memory and the special connection they shared.
To start Faith's portrait experience we headed to some of my favorites spots around Dubuque. We needed some gorgeous woods to showcase her lover of Archery and the Mines of Spain was the perfect location. Then we headed downtown to get our urban on. I loved Faith's sweet smile and adorable wardrobe choices. The mix of color, textures, and upscale urban was a perfect fit for this young lady.
To end our first evening together we headed to the always gorgeous Dubuque Arboretum. The weather was wonderful during our time together and we even spotted the one and only tree that had begun to change its colors.
Faith wanted something a little different for her senior portraits and chose to add on a Green Screen Experience to capture her love of volleyball, choir, and percussion. Drums in studio, this was a first for me, and I couldn't possibly love the outcome more! Faith went a little edgier with this portion of her shoot and the mix of instrument and sass was perfect. During the green screen session I was able to capture a few portraits and create a vintage train scene for Faith and her family.
I want to thank Faith and her family for choosing me to capture her senior portrait experience. Faith you are an absolute sweetheart and I look forward to seeing you celebrate the next chapter and accomplish amazing things. Enjoy.
