I'd like to introduce you to Tremaine, a class of 2024 senior from Mineral Point High School. When I first met Tremaine I quickly realized he may be my toughest sell on this whole "senior portrait experience". To be fair, 50% of teenage guys walk into my studio with the attitude that they are simply there because mom or grandma wants them to get pictures done. This was Tremaine. However, once we got past the "regular" portrait planning and started to talk about sports, he was a different guy with way more enthusiasm.
For Tremaine's first session with me we traveled around the Historic Millwork District. Even though he may not have been 100% thrilled about the idea of getting portraits done, I'm far from traditional. So we joked, we had a great time, and Tremaine was awesome with trying all my crazy ideas. Because of his laid back attitude, he's really a natural in front of the camera. To end our first night, his Grandpa drove Tremaine's car to the session for some epic sunset portraits. The light was perfect and I'm so thrilled we waited it out for the perfect sunset.
Our second session, Tremaine wanted to take on the Green Screen Experience. To say Tremaine is a different person when he puts on a uniform, would be an understatement. The goal of the day was to capture his three favorite sports: Football, Basketball, and Track. Tremaine may be one of the most athletic young men I've had in studio. Together we were able to create some truly epic portraits that are nothing short of wow. His awesome, "I can do that attitude", made for a session that still has my photographer heart pounding. If you don't believe me, check out his complete gallery slideshow to see his fantastic green screen experience.
Tremaine and family, thank you for choosing me to capture your senior portrait experience. It was truly a pleasure to get to know all of you. Tremaine, I look forward to seeing all you plan to accomplish. I know you're going to do amazing things and I wish you the very best of luck. Enjoy!
