I'd like to introduce you to Miss Reese, a class of 2024 senior from Warren High School. This young lady has been part of my 2023-2024 Senior Rep Team. She is bubbly, vivacious, sassy, and has the biggest heart. Over the past year we have taken some incredible portraits together, she has donated her time giving back to the community through the Candid Community project, and she and her family traveled to Montana for some one of a kind, stunning portraits. It's been an amazing ride!
Reese took part in 4 stylized sessions as a senior rep. These are sessions that are not your "typical" senior portrait session. These sessions encourage the girls to step outside their comfort zone and be a little creative with their experience.
For Reese's "regular" senior portraits we designed a session that was a little bit urban and a little bit country. We started our evening in Downtown Dubuque exploring the historic Millwork District. I love this area for some great texture, awesome architecture, and edgier style portraits. I loved the jumpsuit Miss Reese wore for a portion of this session. Super classy for her second location!
We end our first evening together in the water for some gorgeous sunset portraits. I loved emerald green on this girl. The water wasn't too chilly and was the perfect end to our first night.
Reese is an athlete and decided to take on the Green screen experience for some sportraits. Volleyball and softball are her passion and she certainly brought her game face. It's not easy to be on the big green screen and show such fierceness but she did an awesome job.
Reese, her mom, and grandparents decided to travel to Montana this summer to take me up on my crazy idea to do Destination Senior! I am beyond blessed to have had so many seniors and their families trust me this summer with this super special trip. Glacier National Park is so unreal. The mountains, the blue water, and the big skies DO NOT disappoint. From 6500 hundred feet up, Reese wore a gorgeous pink infinity dress to splashing in the mountain streams in cowboy boots. This session was truly breathtaking.
I want to thank Reese and her family for choosing me to capture so many of her memories this past year. I will miss you all so much and I wish Reese the best of luck in her future. I know she will do amazing things. Keep showing the world that huge heart and that bright smile. Enjoy!
