I'd like to introduce you to Mason, a class of 2024 senior from Lena-Winslow High School. Mason's portrait experience brought all the weather; from dodging a rain storm to bitter cold with snow.
We started Mason's sessions back in July. Mason and his parents wanted to capture his love for being on the lake, riding his jet ski, and fishing. On the day of his session the clouds were rolling in and we headed out on the water to quickly accomplish some water sports images before any lightning or a downpour could happen. I've done a lot of things over the years but hanging off the back of a boat and capturing a senior on a Jet Ski is a new one for me!
For the second half of Mason's experience we headed to the school for some awesome sports pictures. From the basketball court, to the weight room and finally the football field. I loved this portion of his session and I thank Mason for trying some crazy ideas and just rolling with experience. We also made sure to capture images of all the hardware he's collected on the football field the past four years before heading to the farm.
The snow was falling as we put the tractor in place. The light was perfect and Mason was a totally different guy once we were on the farm. You can tell this is his passion. I love all the images in the field from the texture of the "in the corn" portraits to the amazing tractor.
Mason I wish you the very best as you end this chapter and begin a new journey. I know you will accomplish amazing things in life. Thank you to Mason and his family for choosing me to capture his senior portrait experience. Enjoy!
