I love when I have a senior that makes me strive to be more creative and in-turn she truly captivates me with her presence in front of the camera. Rebecca, her mom, and sister were so much fun to work with. We had a beautiful day for her session, after having to reschedule due to horrible rain. Mother nature made up for it and between the gorgeous light and a stunning senior girl, I was in photographer heaven.
Rebecca, a Warren High School class of 2018 senior, wanted a mix of urban and country. We started her session in the historic millwork district of Dubuque. Full of personality, it was so easy to get natural smiles and laughs out of this young lady. I loved her wardrobe but what absolutely floored me were her stunning eyes. Ridiculously striking, it was hard to not create a gallery full of headshots capturing those gorgeous baby blues! From casual street wear to empowered young business woman, Dubuque was just our starting point.
Next, we traveled to my neck of the woods for another awesome sizzlin' smoke mini. Bringing the school pride, we absolutely had to have orange and black smoke. From here we captured Rebecca's musical talents, (good idea Mom) and threw in some bubbles for fun. The night ended with gorgeous light and water that was like pure glass.
Miss Rebecca, thank you for sparking my creativity and for helping to end my senior portrait season on such a high note. I wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors. Enjoy!
